U.S.-China Ties in Flux as Rosters Fill

BEIJING?While the question of who will lead the U.S. and China is now settled, relations between the two largest economic powers are still in flux as both countries fill out the roster of officials responsible for the international economy and as new, contentious issues arise.

In China, many of the main players in international economic relations ?the central banker, commerce minister and vice premier for economics?are due to retire or switch jobs.
